  • Movember is a global movement held every November to raise awareness and funds for men’s health issues, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention. Participants, often called “Mo Bros” and “Mo Sistas”, grow mustaches, host events, or take on physical challenges to spark conversations and support research and outreach programs. The goal of Movember is simple yet powerful, which is to change the face of men’s health and encourage men to take care of themselves, both physically and mentally. Learn more about this HERE.

  • Tuesday, November 11th is Veterans Day. This is a federal holiday in the United States observed annually on November 11, for honoring military veterans of the United States Armed Forces. It is largely intended to thank LIVING veterans for their service, to acknowledge that their contributions to our national security are appreciated, and to underscore the fact that all those who served, not only those who died, but have sacrificed and done their duty. You can learn more about this important holiday HERE

  • World Kindness Day is observed on November 13th each year which provides an opportunity for people to conduct random acts of kindness and goodwill. The week is celebrated by donating books, food, or clothes to local communities and pledging to empathize with other people. Even the smallest act of kindness can go a long way, and you should never pass up an opportunity to help someone in need. You can read more about this day HERE.
