Application Process

Applying to Soundview:

Step 1: Get to know us

• Start the conversation with our Director of Enrollment Management, Jill Schaller, by booking a time on her calendar HERE.

• Schedule a tour HERE.

• Join us for a Prospective Family Coffee on Wednesday, January 14 with an RSVP HERE.

Step 2: Begin your application

• Create an application account or login to Finalsite Enrollment by visiting HERE.

• Once logged in, click “Begin admissions process” to start your application and submit the application form and $60 application fee (or fee waiver).

• If you would like to be considered for financial aid, create an account and complete your Clarity Application by visiting HERE.

Step 3: Complete the application checklist

Once you have submitted the application, and it is processed by our office, a checklist of additional requirements will appear for you to complete:

• Parent/Guardian Statement

• Teacher evaluations

• School Administrator Form

• Transcripts/report cards (Grades 1-8)

• Student visit

• Parent/guardian interview

Step 4: Acceptance and enrollment

• Admission offers are made on Friday, March 20, 2026.

• Families have until Friday, March 27, 2026 to secure their space by completing the Enrollment Agreement and paying the nonrefundable enrollment deposit (1/12 of tuition).

Step 5: Get connected

Once enrolled, new families are invited to a variety of events throughout the spring and summer to make connections and get ready for an incredible school year!
