Soundview is Transitioning to Blackbaud!
Blackbaud is our new database and student information system. We will use Blackbaud to manage and store all student and family information, collect back-to-school forms and acknowledgements, and share important school resources. Think of it as our new and more secure Parent Portal. We will continue to use Toddle for communication with teachers and updates about the academic experience. We are very excited for this upgrade to our data management and communication tools.
On Tuesday, August 11, enrolled Soundview families will receive an invitation to create or connect your Blackbaud ID and log in to the new system.
Once you have logged in:
You will be able to securely view information relevant to you and your student(s). Access details and login instructions will be sent separately, directly from Blackbaud to the primary email address that we have on file for you. Please activate your account promptly once the invitation is received. When you log in, you will find Class Lists and a PDF of the 26-27 School Calendar.
Back-to-school forms will be published and available in your Blackbaud account on Friday, August 14. We ask that you complete the forms by Sunday, August 23 so that we have time to review all information and troubleshoot any issues before the start of school. Please add the following to your safe-senders list to ensure that you are receiving important communication from the school, including the Friday letter:
