Recognizing Our Diverse Community!

  • June is Men’s Mental Health Month, a time to raise awareness about the unique mental health challenges men face and to break the stigma surrounding seeking help. Far too often, societal expectations and stereotypes discourage men from speaking openly about their emotions or reaching out for support. This month is a powerful reminder that mental health is just as important as physical health, and that vulnerability is a sign of strength—not weakness. By recognizing Men’s Mental Health Month, we create space for honest conversations, promote access to mental health resources, and encourage all men—fathers, sons, brothers, friends, and colleagues—to prioritize their well-being. Together, we can build a culture where mental health is valued, supported, and destigmatized for everyone. Learn more HERE.

  • June is nationally recognized as Black Lives Matter Month. This month encourages Americans to stand against racism, educate the public on systemic inequalities, and advocate for racial justice and equality. Standing against racism means pushing back every single time Race is pushed down our throats without consent. Learn more HERE.

  • Throughout the month of June, we proudly recognize and celebrate Pride Month, a time to honour the history, resilience, achievements, and ongoing contributions of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community. Learn more HERE.
