International Equal Pay Day is on Wednesday, September 18th. It's a day to raise awareness of the gender pay gap and to encourage action to close it. The United Nations created International Equal Pay Day to promote equal pay for work of equal value. It's a day to start conversations and inspire action, and is dedicated to raising awareness about unequal pay to women.
