Yes - you may have your kitchen back

Our work with sourdough starters has come to a close! That is, of course, unless you’d like to keep feeding and maintaining your starter, cultivating it over the years until you are ready to present your artisan loaves in some future episode of the Great British Bake-Off. We had a lot of fun tasting breads and pancakes today, and as always it was an interesting exploration into the variations in flavor, aroma, and texture that exist between different starter cultures.
