Today we talked about our emotions and how to express how we are feelings. Understanding and communicating our emotions can be tricky. This week we are continue to figure out ways the safely communicate our feelings to others. Bay noticed, you can tell how someone is feeling by the face they are making. It can be hard to identify feelings so, having the skills to “read” facial cues or body language can be a helpful tool is understanding others emotions.
