WINTER WEATHER REMINDER
We need to all be prepared for inclement weather. In the event of bad weather or other emergency, a decision will be made as early as possible whether to close school. Here is what to expect:
If you DO NOT see or receive any messages/announcements, please assume that school is open and on normal schedule. If you feel unsafe to come to school, please stay at home and let us know. Make the safest decision for your family. Check Soundbites or contact your teacher(s) directly for schoolwork/homework if Soundview is open and your student cannot make it in.
If school is cancelled due to weather or unsafe road conditions:
1. You will be notified via email and may be notified via voicemail
2. Check for announcements on the school’s website, and the main office voicemail
3. ALL classes, Playschool, before or after-school activities, athletics, events, and meetings will be cancelled
4. We do not follow other school district school closure policies.
