Inae Piercy - Head of School
M.S. Computer Science Engineering, B.S. Nuclear Medicine
Mrs. Piercy and her husband founded Soundview School in 1996 to provide a non-traditional progressive education to their own children and to serve the needs of children with intellectual and creative promise. She has built Soundview campus from forest land to what it is today. Her vision and passion for education led Soundview School to become one of the leading progressive educational institutes. Soundview students receive the education that prepares them to the rapidly changing global world. With her vision, Soundview is now an authorized International Baccalaureate World School. 

One of her strengths is the real-world working experience she brings to the school. Mrs. Piercy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Medicine from Seattle University, and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science Engineering from San Jose State University. She has had two full careers working in the field of nuclear medicine, and working as a software engineer for high technology corporations Hewlett Packard and Novell.

Alan Piercy - Technology Director
M.S. Computer Science Engineering, B.A. Geology
Trained as an engineer and scientist, Mr. Piercy worked for twenty years developing software for companies such as Hewlett Packard, Novell, Intermec, WRQ, Net Motion Wireless and several other high tech companies for 20 years. He earned an MS in Computer Science Engineering from San Jose State University and a BA in Geology from the University of California at Santa Barbara. Mr. Piercy is responsible for managing Soundview's technology infrastructure and optimizing Soundview's administrative processes. He teaches after school computer programming classes to the upper grades.

Hazel Sapida - Assistant to the Head of School
B.A. Business Administration
Ms. Sapida graduated from Seattle Pacific University in June 2008 and joined Soundview the following September. She found enjoyment in working in teams through playing competitive soccer, tennis and other sports, as well as managing several food-service operations throughout high school and college. She takes care of day-to-day business operations in the front office, coordinating communication regarding school events and parent volunteers, and supports the rest of the administration and faculty.

Pia Kamimura – Office Manager
B.A. Anthropology
Ms. Kamimura joined Soundview as a parent in fall 2009 and became a staff member shortly after. As a mother of four – three enrolled at the school – she is wholly dedicated to the development and success of Soundview on a personal and professional level. She serves the needs of the students, parents and faculty in whatever capacity she is able, with a smile. Her diverse background includes TV production, restaurant management and sales, while her love of food, fitness and film fuel her spirit. She received her BA from the University of Washington.

Bill Good - Facilities Manager
B.A. Ed., Associate Data Processing, MBA Information Systems
Mr. Good studied at Central Washington University, Clover Park Voc-Tech, and City University. He is a certified teacher who has taught many years in elementary and middle schools. He worked at several high-profile local corporations and co-managed his own high-tech placement firm. He also substituted for preschool through twelfth grade. His interest in facilities management began as a teenager; his father was a Property Manager and sent him and his brother to repair and manage rentals. Mr. Good is a true Renaissance Man who has ample knowledge about many subjects and areas. This is his 2nd year at Soundview. 

Lorie Gail - Business Manager
B.S. Accounting, Certified Management Accountant
Ms. Gail earned her degree in Accounting from Central Washington University (Lynnwood Campus) while working part time and raising two children. Her accounting specialty is in setting up and maintaining accounting systems and has been working at Soundview since 1999. She is an avid cyclist and walker and has completed such events as Seattle to Portland (STP), Ride Around Washington (RAW), and the Three-Day Breast Cancer Walk.
